Kelvin came from a lower-middle income family and grew up not having everything a kid would want in a perfect childhood. After attaining his polytechnic diploma, he decided to join the Republic of Singapore Air Force as it was the best paying job for him at that point. During his tenure in the Air Force, he worked as a part time telemarketer to supplement his income as he was having difficulties servicing his monthly mortgage. It was through his part time gig that he discovered real estate and the immense potential the industry harnessed.
Today, Kelvin is a self-made multi-millionaire and a highly sought-after opinion leader in the real estate industry. With a humble beginning, he started his real estate journey as a telemarketer before becoming a real estate salesperson, and now he is the executive director of PropNex. A self-taught investment guru with more than 10 properties in Singapore. Some call him the Millionaire-maker as he has helped countless of his clients and agents reach the pinnacle of financial success.
Ismail Gafoor

From a newspaper boy to the CEO of the biggest real estate agency in Singapore – Ismail Gafoor did it all. He used to start his day at 4am in the morning, delivering newspapers from door to door alongside his siblings – earning just a mere profit of four cents per paper. As a regular in the army, Ismail reached the highly-esteemed rank of Colonel before taking his leap into the real estate industry where he has a lot of passion.
His passion as an outstanding entrepreneur prompted him to start PropNex and through sheer dynamism, has grown it into a giant with thousands of salesperson under his stewardship. He has spoken about property investments to various organisations and numerous events, both locally and abroad. He is currently the keynote speaker at the quarterly Consumer Empowerment Seminars, with close to 1,000 attendees each session, empowering homeowners, and savvy investors of property market trends for more informed decisions. His views and insights on the property scene are much sought after given his inspirational communication skills, and ability to lead, motivate and influence people.
Lim Yong Hock

Yong Hock is the key Executive Officer of PropNex Realty. He heads the real estate agency business and oversees the daily operations of the agency, including the management and training of all of PropNex’s real estate salesperson. Yong Hock’s track record is nothing short of stellar, having served the organization for over 10 years in a multitude of positions. PropNex Realty has blossomed under his leadership, achieving far better technology and service positions within the industry. Yong Hock is actively invovled in topics surrounding real estate and is often quoted or invited to news channels to provide his analysis & insights into any real estate matters.
Yong Hock also plays a key role in PropNex’s expansion into the region, having penetrated into Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
Eddie Lim

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Eddie was a regular in the Naval Diving Unit, a special forces elite formation of the Republic of Singapore Navy. Passionate in what he does, he eventually worked his way from being an operator to assuming a leader and trainer role – a prestigious role given the fact he is training the elites of the SAF. His experience in the military has unlocked in Eddie, the ability to work under extreme pressures and the unwavering grit to pursue excellence.
He later moved on to join the real estate industry focusing on HDB sales and rental for starters, it was where he accumulated a lot of transactions & experience from. Eddie was groomed by the company to be an asset progression consultant and has helped many of his clients who were HDB owners upgrade to become multiple property owners – with his creative funding strategies & understanding of tax structure. Eddie’s hard work and qualities were recognised by the company and under the invitation of CEO Ismail, he came on board to join the management team as an Assistant Vice President in 2018. Given his experience and strong business acumen, Eddie oversees the real estate brokerage agency business which includes training & recruitment, associate affairs, and legal. His passion for training helped PropNex shape the development of PropNex Training Roadmap which caters to a well-rounded curriculum for all its agents. One of Eddie’s greatest strengths is the ability to digest complex concepts and structure them for his audiences – enabling them to understand these concepts in a clear and concise manner.
